McGuckin Hardware needed a refreshed and more functional website, with comprehensive product data and an eCommerce engine that could help grow its online presence. The store also wanted control of its loyalty program.
Orgill worked with McGuckin on multiple phases of the website redesign, data organization, eCommerce and customer loyalty project simultaneously to transform the way the store interacted with its customers digitally.
Since the new systems went live, McGuckin’s metrics have revealed the projects’ marked increases in online sales. Anecdotal feedback from customers continued to indicate the retailer is achieving its initial goals.
Using Orgill’s FanBuilder loyalty program, McGuckin transitioned from a legacy program and customized its new loyalty program and online dashboard with its own branding, promotions, messaging, rewards and more.
Access to Orgill’s Industry Pim, an industrywide product information management system with more than one million items from across the industry, provided McGuckin with a foundation to grow its eCommerce offering.
Orgill worked with McGuckin to implement an Orgill and Unilog Integrated eCommerce system that integrated with the store’s POS system to give McGuckin the omnichannel, seamless customer experience the store wanted.
McGuckin worked with Orgill and Tyndale Advisors on a redesign of its website to refresh the look of the site and integrate new capabilities on offer. They also partnered on a rebranding of the marketing materials.
